As An Able Technician You Will:
Serve
customers by servicing and maintaining
commercial and residential heating and air
conditioning equipment. Maintain rapport with
customers by examining complaints; identifying
solutions; suggesting improved methods and
techniques; recommending system improvements.
Update job knowledge by participating in
educational opportunities; reading professional
publications. |

We Are
Looking for Technicians with the Following:
- Minimum of
five year experience in residential and/or
commercial HVAC systems.
- Experience
with boilers, chillers, refrigeration, low
temp and control systems a plus
- Ability to
deal diplomatically and effectively with
customers.
- Work
within precise standards of accuracy and
make decisions based on measurable criteria.
- Ability to
interpret and comprehend technical data.
- Physically
capable of working easily and skillfully
with hands; lift and carry objects up to 100
lbs.
- Knowledge
of local codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- 3-5 years
field experience.
- Ability to
maintain a sense of urgency, but remain
calm, when handling emergencies.
- Must have
current driver’s license
- Bi-lingual
a plus
